What counts as a feedback item?
Any single piece of customer input Lagoon ingests: a support ticket, a survey response, an app store review, a sales call note, or a message captured from Slack. Duplicates merged by Lagoon count once, and internal comments from your team never count at all.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Every plan starts with a 14 day free trial on full Growth features, no card required. At the end of the trial you pick a plan, and nothing is charged until you do. Your data stays intact whichever plan you choose.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans cost ten times the monthly price, so you get twelve months for the price of ten. The discount applies to every plan, and you can switch from monthly to yearly at any time from the billing page, with the remainder of your month credited automatically.
Which tools does Lagoon integrate with?
Native integrations cover Stripe, Slack, Notion, Zapier, HubSpot and Linear, with new ones landing regularly. Through Zapier you can connect thousands of other apps, and the REST API plus webhooks let you push or pull anything the native integrations do not cover.
Can I import the feedback we already have?
Yes. CSV import is available on every plan and handles historical exports from most support and survey tools. The API supports backfills with original timestamps, so your trends and history look right from day one instead of starting at zero.
How is our data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU with a US region available on request. Access inside your workspace is role based, and we never train models on your data or share it with third parties. A signed DPA is available on every paid plan.
Can we change plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, and downgrades apply at the next renewal. You can cancel from the billing page in two clicks, keep access until the end of the paid period, and export everything you have stored at any time.
What support is included?
Every plan includes email support with same business day response and a searchable help center. Growth adds priority routing, and Scale comes with a dedicated success manager, onboarding assistance for your team, and a shared Slack channel with ours.
